huck finn and co... at it agin

Over the river (ok, the swimming pool)...

and through the woods...

to the chicken coop we go...

when what do we see but a curious sign...
(that would be "Isaiah's fort and property- no trespassers")

and hear curious sounds, oh my- who's there?

Huck himself, in the flesh- has he run away from home? What with the shingles and all, I think he's prepared to hunker down come rain or shine!...

Well one things fer dern sure, this boy is proud of himself, and prepared to live out his adventure in the woods for the long haul, whadaya think?!

Little miss Savannah with her best bud, Logan, hangin out neath the cherry blossom tree...

And with her dog Carmel... aren't the spring flowers delightful?

On to other exciting adventures...

with a fish named dinofish...

he should make a fine dinner indeed...

my, my, another one takes the bait...

all the hard work buildin chikin coops and such paid off with some fishin time with dad...

Now lets see if mama knows what to do from here...

if only the fryin pan were big enough...

it was definitely fit to eat!!

Mmmm Mmmm good!

Huck Finn and Co. have had a wonderful week full of adventures and happenins and look forward to many more. We will keep you posted ...

Love the fort! Also love that is the size of a one person tent--wonder if that was on PURPOSE?

The blossoms and spring flowers are almost as pretty as Savannah
:0)

What happened to the fish heads? There is a lot of meat there you know. And eyeballs.

MMMM...I think this is the fish Big Phil cooked for mom, dad and I when we visited when I was 16. I sure miss your kids...when are you coming to Oregon?!?!?

Ohhhh, to be young again. Grandma G is hobbling around these days with a cane due to severe arthritis. Loved the pics - so good to see our grandkids. Love WoW

How fun! He really is a Huck Finn, isn't he?! It looked like you cooked that fish whole--fins, scales, and all!!!

We're fixin' to have our own fish fry tonight for dinner! I bought some catfish nuggets on sale yesterday, and we're gonna fry 'em up! And we don't have to gut 'em or deal with bones! Hehehehehehe!!! :-)
