Here is the reaction I am hoping my kids don't have on Christmas morning- So far Santa has been a little absent on behalf of my children this year. Blogging will have to wait if Santa is going to keep his good reputation intact!!
If my own good reputation is going to remain intact as well, I better hop to it. As you can see, there are no presents under the tree... Happy shopping everyone!

Shellbell your tree is soooo beautiful! Who needs presents under a tree like that?
I am done shopping but my under-the-tree is just as bare. I will be shutting myself in my room today and wrapping. I waited too long, and wont be able to enjoy the hard work of my wrapping before it all gets tore into.

Hey, my tree looks just the same (not the decor, but the absence of presents). I don't dare wrap mine until my babies are all tucked in bed Christmas Eve with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads. I too, have a little more shopping to do. So, I will be out doing the same today.

Well, since I have no money to shop with, and no desire to shop with the kids, and no husband home today to shop alone, I won't be shopping. My tree, too, is bare, but not nearly as beautiful as Shellbell's, which is absolutely gorgeous, by the way.
I loved that first pic! That's got to be doctored; I can't believe anyone really put a gravestone like that, but it's hilarious! After all, we all know that Santa's still alive! I think he's immortal. Or maybe he's John the beloved, who's still roaming the earth and not dying, and that's why he's able to live on for so long. Okay, now I'm really get off on a weird one. Sorry y'all!

Impressive tree and mantle, we want more pics since we don't really care what is or is not under the tree since all of ours look the same and since we are all using our blogging delay tactics as effectively as our children using theirs to avoid bed time. Did that make any sense. It shouldn't, cause I should be wrapping.
